Tenacity Versus Failing Early (and Often)
Such impeccable attention to detail, recognition of preferences, and the ability to tailor service to the particulars of our tastes blew me away. Clearly, this is the way to run a business, but how do you scale this kind of service? The pre-req seems to be exceptional hiring. Is it possible to train this sort of thing, or is all you can do hire good people? How do you scale this kind of service? Or is the point that it does not scale, and that is why it is and can be exceptional?
