Albert- Seems like that dynamic in a co-founding relationship would be detrimental. Wouldn't that signal larger issues if they couldn't communicate their opinion to the rest of the board?

Possibly - but most co-founder relationships are not symmetrical to begin with.

In a perfect world not, but I think that initial asymmetries get rapidly amplified. Personally will try to do a better job to avoid that!
